I appreciated the proximity to the main train station and public transportation options (a very important factor for my stay). the breakfast offered a wide selection of options, and i found it to be quite good. the staff was kind and soft spoken. They readily assisted with any queries.
The lack of a kettle in the room was somewhat inconvenient. I had to go to the lobby for hot water. a kettle would have been a nice addition.

the concert venue was a VERY short walk. There is a grocery store almost across the street. Public transport is easily accessible. The room itself was spacious with a great television.
I noticed limited photos opportunity because I was too excited about the concerts nearby.

I appreciated the great location very close to the train and metro station. The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods. Staff were helpful. They changed the room when i had trouble closing the door. they have complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate machine in the lobby, a definite plus.

i found the location really convenient, it was close to transport options so it was easy to get around the area. lots of food choices were nearby, a great perk. the room felt both clean and spacious, i also appreciated the addition of free tea and coffee in reception.
it barely fit two people, so mornings were a bit slow because of luggage. many guests opted for the stairs.

the hotel is just a minute's walk from the westbanhof station, this location makes it really easy to get around. being so close to public transportation was a big advantage, i explored the city without any hassle.
